Our eBooks were written because too many people are making critical mistakes when it comes to managing their credit. We know that “knowledge is power” and our goal is to empower everyone that is interested in learning how to improve their credit and finances to have the right knowledge to make the right decisions at the right time when it comes to managing their credit and finances. First of all you will receive the truth from credit and finance professionals that have successfully improved the credit ratings on over 150,000 credit files. In addition to learning about the ins and outs of the entire credit industry, you will receive practical, actionable information and tips on how to immediately apply your new found knowledge. This includes how to deal with negative items on your credit reports, how to deal with collectors, the most effective ways to improve your credit ratings, and much more!
How do I know that the information in this eBook is accurate?
Like anything else in life, you should check the source of information, and just as important, the motivation for the party to disseminate the information to consumers. You would think that the information coming from the major credit bureaus themselves would be 100% accurate, but it is only accurate to the extent they are required to be according to their business practices. The major credit bureaus are actually financially motivated to keep consumers somewhat ‘in the dark’ and confused about how their credit ratings really work.
On the other hand, not only has our management team and authors been in the trenches of the consumer finance industry, we have also worked directly with the improvement of over 150,000 credit files since 2006. Our objective is to get the truth about the credit system into the hands of as many U.S. consumers as possible, so we can get America’s economy healthy again, one person at a time.
You talk about disputing items on my personal credit files. Is it legal to dispute negative items on my credit report?
Yes, according to the laws of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), it is not only legal, it is extremely important to your financial health to make sure you know what and how things are being reported on your consumer credit files at all times. Having a poor credit rating cost you hundreds to thousands of dollars in extra interest and insurance premiums and could affect your job prospects.
We discuss and show the methods to legally and effectively dispute items on your credit reports which may be partially accurate, but are being reported in a way that maximally damages your credit ratings. You can legally dispute anything on your credit files. We show you how the professionals inside the credit consulting industry tackle these difficult issues.
Are the credit bureaus affiliated with the U.S. government?
No, although they are such large corporations, many people think they are part of the federal government. It probably has to do with their monikers, Credit Reporting Agencies or Credit Bureaus.
Can you guarantee the information in your eBook?
We made every effort to check the accuracy of items as we understand them and based much of the information on the ‘real world’ experience thousands of consumers have successfully used with the major Credit reporting Agencies. However, we must note that content of our eBooks is for informational purposes only. We are not claiming to be attorneys, accountants and for purposes of publication, credit consultants either. The information in our eBook, although deemed reliable, is not warrantable, and in no way creates any liability for the use of any consumer, whether perceived or real, for any reason. (This was added to satisfy our attorneys). However, we do offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee.
