Darby Hershey is a former real estate broker with over twenty-five years of executive leadership experience with start-up and emerging growth companies.  He was the co-founder of Excel Realty in Oregon in 1985 and shortly thereafter, co-founded Software Sciences, a company that developed the first fully automated program for producing Comparative Market Analysis reports and marketing support materials held in the databases of every Multiple Listing Service in the country.

Mr. Hershey is a co-founder of several companies that have been sold for profit and continues to work with entrepreneurs to help them achieve their dreams. Having worked as an agent and a broker for years, he has an in-depth understanding of what it takes to succeed in the real estate industry.  Mr. Hershey is the Co-founder and CEO of TCM Holdings Group, Inc. and Credit Vault Publishing, and serves on the Boards of several companies.
